Solution

Built a Finance & Accounting team that set the performance benchmark for other divisions in the Group regionally; including assuming non-Finance support such as transitional coverage for Regulatory Compliance. The regional business quadrupled in size and complexity but this team only grew by 80% (i.e. less than double).
